It is our goal to offer same-day processing on orders received by 2:00 PM EST on any given day; such orders will be mailed the next business day. We ship all orders within the continental United States by UPS or USPS. Estimated shipping time can range from 2 to 14 days, depending on where you live, when you place your order (day or season), and the type of delivery service you choose. We cannot be responsible for delivery transit time. Shipping charges and sales tax will be added to the total of the order during checkout.
Note to International Customers: Orders shipped to destinations outside the U.S. may be subject to additional fees charged by your government. Buyers agree to assume all responsibility for such charges. We cannot be responsible for any import fees levied by your country. Please know what these charges might be BEFORE placing an order. Estimated international shipping time is 10–14 days, but this range can vary as outlined above.

Items returned for exchange or refund must be received within 30 days of your receipt of the item. Products should be returned in their original packaging.

All Products, Rims and Tools Purchased Online are subject to a Refund. All Products are only refunded when in new condition, in original packaging and purchased within 30 of the receipt. Only Rims that have not been mounted will be refunded. If Rims have been mounted, Rims will not be refunded. All Products, Rims and Tools are subject to a restocking fee up to 15%, there are no exceptions on the restocking fee and will be added to ALL returns. If you see an item(s) were damaged during shipping Please Take Photos and Contact us IMMEDIATELY we will contact the manufacturer and have a replacement shipped.
You can request an exchange or a refund by going to the Returns page of our website and requesting a return authorization (RMA) number. We will issue an RMA or be in further contact to get more information about your concern. You must obtain an RMA number from us before sending back any item.
Products Rims and Wheels Purchased in Store
Products, Rims and Tires Purchased in store a subject
to a refund. (Please see the following information) Products should be in new
condition, in original packaging purchased within 30 Days of receipt. Tires
with No warranty are not subject to a refund. Tires with a manufacturer
warranty will be replaced by the manufacture under manufacture specs (which you
may find on the manufacturers website) Tire must also be under the mileage when
issued. Rims are subject to a refund only if Rims have not been mounted. If Rims
have been mounted, Rims will not be refunded.
